If you’re feeling stressed or depleted, chakra-balancing can help you feel more calm, energized and resilient.

Many wellness systems from around the world understand chakras as energy centers that are anchored in the vertical core of the body. The chakras receive and assimilate energy from the Universal Energy Field, influencing our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual functioning. When they’re balanced and charged, we feel more at ease with ourselves, more comfortable in our bodies and more resilient to life’s challenges. Most systems work with 7 major centers, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, and each chakra is associated with specific organs as well as psychological attributes.

Lianna Gilman, a certified Brennan Healing Science practitioner, has worked with subtle-energy modalities for many years. In June, she’s available for individual sessions at Healing Circles Langley.

Chakra-balancing sessions generally last 45 minutes, with the client resting fully clothed on the massage table. Lianna uses light touch on the body and through the energy field surrounding the body to clear, balance and charge the chakras and restore balance in the auric field, which supports feeling relaxed and renewed.  This work is in harmony with any other health-care modalities you may be engaged in.

Sessions are available on Fridays through July. Please contact Lianna directly to reserve your time.

Note: Practitioners of various healing arts occasionally offer their services here for free as a gift to both our community and to Healing Circles Langley. If you feel compelled to make a donation, feel free to leave something in the Healing Circles Langley donation box by the door on your way out. Donations in the box are gratefully accepted, but not expected.
